Carini Heating,AC & Plumbing is looking for a Plumbing/Hvac Service Manager to join our team. We are looking for a self motivated,enthusiastic, self starter individual to manage our service team. This includes overseeing the daily dispatching and efficiency of the service technicians. The Service Manager is responsible for all aspects of the service department and to ensure continued growth and profitability. Duties include customer relations, hiring,and to train a team to meet established KPI's. Candidate needs to understand financials,budgets, have 2+ yrs. management experience Successware a plus or computer literate.
