Responsibilities:
- As an HVAC Lead Installation Technician at Century Heating & AC, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the installation of new HVAC Comfort Systems, which include, Gas & Electric furnaces, Heat Pumps, Air Conditioners, and Ductless Mini Splits, You will advocate for the customer, the business and provide each customer a Five Star experience as you deliver world class in home HVAC installations.
- As an HVAC Service Technician at Century Heating & AC, you will work directly with homeowners to diagnose HVAC issues and present solutions to those issues. You will advocate for the customer, the business and actively seek out opportunities to drive revenue growth. You will provide each customer a Five Star experience through service & repair heating, and air-conditioning systems in their homes.

General Responsibilities
- Customer Satisfaction: Exceeding all customer expectations for services provided.
- Quality and Workmanship: Be certain each project meets or exceeds those of Century Heating & AC standards.
- Communication, leadership & teamwork: Always communicate with Management any issues, customer concerns, or any obstacle that hinders meeting the Century heating & AC’s guidelines for satisfaction.
- Achieve performance targets:
- Meet quality and time guidelines & goals.
- Meet code of conduct and company appearance codes and all other codes set forth in the company employee handbook.
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction goals.
- Personal skill development and training,
- With the manager, develop and complete a skill development plan.
- Collaborate with other members of the company to train them in areas where you can have the greatest impact on improvements.
Minimum Requirements:
- HVAC Technician experience required: 2+ years.
- EPA Universal Certification preferred.
- You must have the ability to engage with and actively listen to customers.
- Be driven to exceed weekly and monthly business goals.
- Work to continuously grow your technical and communication skills.
- Valid Driver’s License and Clean Driving Record.
- Ability to work independently to complete tasks.
Added compensation for Senior Technicians who possess the following:
- EPA & Nate Certifications
- Advanced Residential HVAC Diagnostic or Installation Skills
- Experience achieving high truck revenue/sales goals.
