```Duties```
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various equipment and systems
- Conduct inspections to identify issues and ensure proper functioning
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing problems
- Repair or replace defective parts and components
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Collaborate with team members to complete maintenance tasks efficiently
```Experience```
- Previous experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of HVAC/R systems and mechanical principles
- Familiarity with schematics and technical manuals
- Ability to operate various tools and equipment for repairs
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Skills:
- Van driver: Ability to operate a company vehicle for transportation to different work sites
- Service technician: Experience in providing maintenance and repair services to customers
- Schematics: Understanding of technical diagrams and blueprints for troubleshooting purposes
- Maintain: Ability to perform regular inspections, cleaning, and repairs to ensure proper functioning of equipment or systems
- HVAC/R: Knowledge of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems
- Mechanical knowledge: Understanding of mechanical principles and ability to perform mechanical repairs
- Equipment repair: Experience in repairing various types of equipment or machinery
- Field service: Ability to provide on-site maintenance services at different locations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
