We are a locally owned company looking to IMMEDIATLY hire service technicians. We are expanding our work area into the East Valley. A tech who lives in that area would be a bonus. Must have your own tools, maintain a clean appearance, and have a friendly attitude.
Requirements:
-Self-motivated and looking to grow within the field
-Punctual
-Must be able to problem solve independently
-Able to complete major repairs: coil, compressor, etc. as needed
-EPA Certified
-Clean driving record
-Minimum 3 years experience
-Must provide your own tools (we provide reclaimer and nitro tank if needed)

Compensation:
- Piecework averages out to around $40 per hour as base pay. Looking for experienced HVAC technicians to be a part of our team.
- 15% -25% commission on part sales
- 10%-35% commission on unit sales
-50% commission on coil cleans
- Company vehicle provided

-No Sundays
All applicants must be clean, well dressed and professional. All technicians receive regular pay in addition to their commission. We do not hard sell, so your pay is up to you.
