**Overview** We are seeking a skilled Journeyperson Electrician to join our team. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in a commercial or industrial setting. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in electrical safety procedures and have a strong understanding of electrical codes and regulations. This role requires a high level of physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. **Duties** The Journeyperson Electrician will be responsible for a wide range of duties, including: - Installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems, including high-voltage and low-voltage systems - Conducting electrical tests and inspections to ensure compliance with safety codes and regulations - Troubleshooting and repairing electrical faults and malfunctions - Reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics - Operating logic controllers and other electrical equipment - Working on construction sites and ensuring electrical safety procedures are followed - Maintaining a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols, and ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards **Experience** The ideal candidate will have several years of experience as a Journeyperson Electrician, with a strong background in commercial or industrial electrical work. Experience working with high-voltage and low-voltage systems is essential. The candidate should be familiar with NEC regulations and have a solid understanding of electrical codes and safety procedures. Experience working on construction sites and with logic controllers and schematics is also highly desirable.
