We are looking for a skilled Roofer to join our team and contribute to various roofing projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining roofs on residential and commercial buildings. ## Responsibilities
- Install new roofs using materials such as insulation, tapered insulation, TPO, EPDM, PVC
- Repair damaged roofs
- Perform routine maintenance on existing roofs to ensure longevity and durability
- Conduct inspections to identify roof damage and recommend appropriate solutions
- Work on restoration projects to bring old or damaged roofs back to their original condition
- Collaborate with other construction professionals such as carpenters, masons, and drywall installers
- Engage in heavy lifting tasks as required during the roofing process
## Requirements
- Proven experience in roofing, including Tapered insulation, TPO, EPDM, PVC
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and work at heights
- Knowledge of calculating roofing materials
- Proficiency in working with various roofing materials such as asphalt shingles, metal sheets, TPO, PVC, EPDM
- Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship in all roofing tasks
