- Journeyman Electrician licensed in the state of Minnesota
- Effectively manage multiple small to mid-size projects simultaneously and independently in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong communication skills to develop working relationships with contractors, supplier and co-workers
- Ability to lead and follow instructions accurately and with a positive attitude
- Dependability, strong work ethic, and solid organizational skills
- Elevated level of trade knowledge and familiarity of electrical codes and practices
- Ability to perform consistently as part of a team in a fast-paced work environment
- Must have a valid driver's license
