Currently, we're looking for a Lead HVAC Service Technician to join our team!
Primary Job Function: to provide service, maintenance, and repairs on residential heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards, providing customers with a high-quality experience.

Pay Scale: $27 - $40 per hour depending on experience + Spiffs!
Work Hours: 40+ hours per week, Monday to Friday, some overtime & on-call as required.
Required Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- Minimum 3 years of residential HVAC service experience
- Certificate of completion from HVAC Technical School - preferred
- EPA Universal Refrigerant Handling License
- NATE certification is preferred
