Open House Texas Realty and Investments LLC is searching for a licensed, reliable Plumber to join our residential Make Ready Team.

Responsibilities:
- Evaluate all plumbing on homes purchased by OHG, prior to scope of work being created.
- Assist with creating the OHG plumbing standards.
- Provide feedback and recommendations for plumbing work needed per OHG standards.
- Complete assigned work by the Construction Manager.
- Assist in the make-ready and turnover process of vacant homes
- Complete additional evaluation prior to new resident move-ins.
- Monitor when supplies are needed and work with CM to fulfill order, along with managing budget/costs.
- Ensure all vacant homes meet OHG standards prior to move-in.
- Walk vacant homes prior to move-in, write and complete punch lists.
- Document work in specific software (BT, Propertyware, etc) to reflect completed work orders and detailed notes and photos.
- Complete work orders/tasks assigned by Construction Manager or Project Coordinators.
- Complete other tasks as assigned
Preferred Experience & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience or Master Class 1 restricted/Master Class 2 unrestricted license.
- An above average knowledge of plumbing and mechanical systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate in a professional and cordial manner with co-workers, residents and vendors.
- Computer literate with software such as MS Word, Excel, Builder Trend, Property Ware and Google Suite.
- Ability to work effectively in both individual and group settings.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast pace environment and use independent judgement.
- Must have a valid license with a clean record.
