Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Plumber to join our team and be a lead on jobsites. The ideal candidate will have experience in new construction plumbing and possess leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and light commercial buildings
- Read and interpret blueprints and building specifications to map layout for pipes and drainage systems
- Collaborate with contractors, construction workers, electricians, and project superintendents to ensure efficient completion of projects
- Troubleshoot plumbing systems to identify issues and implement solutions
- Perform regular inspections of plumbing systems to identify and replace improper parts
- Adhere to current rules and regulations related to plumbing so that systems pass inspection
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a plumber in construction settings
- Ability to read and understand schematics and/or blueprints.
- Valid Drivers license
- Speak and understand English or Bi-lingual (English and Spanish)
- Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose issues accurately
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environments

Pay: $25.00 - $33.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
