Job Description:
Commercial HVAC Mechanical Service Technicians are needed.
As a Commercial HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience, technical expertise, and a dedication to ensuring our clients' systems operate efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Perform maintenance and repair of commercial HVAC systems, including but not limited to rooftop units, chillers, boilers, and air handling units, water source heat pumps & cooling towers.
Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues and perform necessary repairs or replacements of components.
Conduct routine inspections to ensure systems are operating at optimal levels and in compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Installation of mechanical equipment and controls.
Provide exceptional customer service, including effective communication with clients to explain service details and address inquiries.
Keep accurate records of work performed, materials used, and maintenance schedules.
Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices.
Qualifications:
Knowledge of commercial HVAC systems (including but not limited to rooftop units, chillers, boilers, and air handling units, water source heat pumps & cooling towers), controls, and troubleshooting techniques.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
