Position Overview:
As a Pre-Delivery RV Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that RV units are thoroughly inspected and prepared for customer delivery. While mechanical skills are a plus, they are not required—training will be provided for motivated individuals eager to learn. This role requires a strong work ethic and the ability to perform tasks in various weather conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect and prepare RV units for customer delivery, ensuring they meet company and safety standards.
- Conduct thorough quality checks to identify and address any issues or defects.
- Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
Qualifications:
- Mechanical skills and experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong work ethic with a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
