Compensation will be based on experience.

Skills:
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of HVAC systems
- Proficient in diagnosing and repairing various HVAC components, including compressors, motors, and thermostats
- Familiarity with ammonia refrigeration systems is a plus
- Experience in appliance repair or property maintenance is beneficial
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for van driving duties
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioning units and refrigeration equipment
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and make necessary repairs
- Respond to service calls and perform emergency repairs as needed
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate work schedules and ensure timely completion of projects
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed
