Full time Apartment Maintenance. Someone who is friendly that our tenants can count on and trust. Must be able to work as part of the team with a positive attitude and effort.
Expectations / tasks on the job:
Experience with power and hand tools,
Unit renovation including carpentry, drywall, electric, plumbing, painting and flooring,
Completing preventive maintenance and repairs
Installing, maintaining and repairing plumbing fixtures
Responding to work orders placed by staff or tenants
Maintaining buildings' interior/exterior and grounds upkeep
Ability to follow directions and safety protocols
Driving from one complex to another (only about ten minutes apart)
Basic HVAC maintenance / knowledge is a plus
