The ro le you’ll contribute:
Responsible for the maintenance, repair, replacement and installation of plumbing fixtures and equipment. Must possess a working knowledge of plumbing systems including the following: Domestic water, sanitary waste and vent, fire sprinkler, medical gasses, storm drains, natural gas, and HVAC piping. Maintain boilers, pumps, water softeners and kitchen equipment. Installs and repairs copper PVC, CVPC, Poly, and cast iron and steel piping. Must be able to flare tubing, soft solder, silver solder, solvent weld, and thread pipe. Responsible for knowledge of and compliance with all current codes and requirements.
The val ue you’ll bring to the team:
- Installs and maintains all types of piping
- Installs and maintains plumbing systems in accordance with local and state codes
- Repairs and maintains fire sprinkler systems.
- Understands and uses manufacturer’s technical manuals, blueprints, and other reference material.
- Troubleshoots equipment operation, determines cause and makes necessary repairs.
- Performs routine area maintenance and other tasks unrelated to plumbing trade as needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned, to include adjusting one’s schedule of work if necessary for the continued safety or convenience of our guests and/or staff.
Qualifications
T he expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
- High School Diploma or GED
