Responsibilities
- Service Residential heating and air conditioning (HVAC) systems
- Inspect HVAC systems and their components to ensure they are in proper working condition
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems and make necessary repairs or offering customers new unit solutions to meet their needs.
- Perform regular maintenance tasks such as cleaning coils, replacing filters, and lubricating parts
- Test HVAC systems for proper functioning and efficiency
Qualifications
- Certification or license as an HVAC technician
- Proven experience in the HVAC field, comfort consultant and service skills
- Strong knowledge of heating and cooling systems, including their components and functions
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints
- Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting HVAC system issues
- Familiarity with electrical systems and ability to perform basic electrical work related to HVAC systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and explain technical information
- High school diploma or equivalent
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
