Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse.

Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming shipments and verify the accuracy of the items received
- Inspect packages for damages or discrepancies and report any issues to the appropriate personnel
- Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory and update records
- Ensure all received items are properly labeled, sorted, and stored in designated locations
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve any shipment or inventory discrepancies

- Following up with all Drayage companies regarding containers coming in.

- Receiving all goods into the system, reporting all info to customers.

- Helping CSRs with billing for Month end.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Skills:
- Previous experience in 3pl shipping and receiving is preferred
- Proficiency in using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recording information
- Need to make sure they are team players, well-spoken and work well under pressure.

- Bilingual in Spanish
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
