Care Security Systems Inc. is seeking a well-seasoned technical professional looking for an exciting opportunity to lead and inspire a team. We are seeking an Experienced Lead Electrician that is well versed with Conduit, Cabling and terminations as an Enterprise Grade Security Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience as an Enterprise Grade Security Electrician Technician, specializing in the installation of IP CCTV, access control systems, conduit and wire, and electrified door hardware with professional experience or certifications with products from vendors such as Genetec, Axis, Lenel, ONSSI, Amag, HID, Milestone, Commend, Alvarado, ASSA ABLOY, Boon Edam, Honeywell, Nedap, Qognify, Hanwha, CCure, or similar companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team in the installation, service, and programming of security systems, including access control, CCTV surveillance, intrusion alarms, intercoms, turnstiles, fire and safety systems, and low-voltage cabling.
- Perform installation, wiring, door hardware deployment, panel wiring terminations, troubleshooting, reporting, testing, preventative maintenance, repairs, programming, project engineering, project management, configuration, commissioning, and as-built documentation.
- Ensure projects are completed with timeliness, professionalism, and respectfulness toward clients and team members.
- Maintain good communication and team-building skills to inspire collaboration and cohesion among team members.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines, including OSHA 30 standards.
- Uphold a clean driving record, pass a criminal background check, and successfully complete a drug test.
Requirements:
- High school graduate (college education preferred)
- Extensive experience in access control systems and low-voltage is required - 3 years experience minimum.
- Professional experience or certifications with products from Genetec, Axis, Lenel, ONSSI, Amag, HID, Milestone, Commend, Alvarado, ASSA ABLOY, Boon Edam, Honeywell, Nedap, Qognify, Hanwha, CCure, or similar companies.
- Familiarity with ladder racks, cabling trays, cabinets, patch panels, switches, NVRs, servers, nodes, controllers, power supplies, fuses, etc.
- Clean driver's license and no criminal record
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Compensation:
- Pay Range: $30 - $45 an hour, based on experience.
