Compensation :
- We offer a competitive pay program which includes hourly, commission, spiffs and monthly cash contests

Candidate Requirements:
- 3- years in the field, service repair experience
- Able to diagnose, quote and repair service calls
- Clean driving record for insurance/ clean background check (This is for the Safety and Privacy policy of access to our residential and commercial customers while meeting their HVAC needs).
- Be willing to be "on-call" as directed by supervisor
- EPA certified
- High School Degree or equivalent
- Trade knowledge and project reference
- Have personal hand tools (not provided by or maintained by company)
- Must provide resume with references
- Must have high integrity and moral qualities
- Pass drug screen and be E-verified
- Must speak English
Pay: $75,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
