The Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Plumbing Manager to join our team. The Plumbing Manager is responsible for managing a team of plumbers, coordinating project activities, and ensuring compliance with plumbing codes and regulations. This is an opportunity for a long-term position and to join a growing company.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing the installation of new plumbing systems
- Inspecting plumbing installations and equipment to identify potential problems.
- Ensuring all plumbing work is done using the most efficient methods possible.
- Establishing safety procedures for team
- Coordinate with contractors to ensure projects are completed in a timely manner.
- Hiring, training, and supervising a team of plumbers
Requirements and Skills
- Proven experience as a Plumbing Manager or in a similar leadership role in the pluming industry
- Strong technical knowledge and skills in plumbing systems, installations, repairs, and develop a high-performance
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong understanding of pluming codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Valid plumbing licenses or certification in preferred
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Must be willing to travel throughout FL for work.
- Must have good computer skills.
