This is an opportunity for huge growth and very lucrative. We are looking for skilled HVAC technician to join us in a 1099 role. We are a property preservation company that work with property management companies to ensure their homes are cared for. We offer daily pay to our sub contractors. No hoops to jump though to get paid!
There will be a lot of independent work.
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and make necessary repairs
- Conduct inspections of HVAC systems and identify any potential problems or areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other technicians and contractors to complete installations or repairs
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions
- Keep accurate records of all work performed and materials used
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HVAC technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of air conditioning, heating, and refrigeration systems
- Familiarity with field service operations and property maintenance
- Proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- EPA certification for handling refrigerants is preferred
