Our establishment prides itself on delivering exceptional dining experiences and maintaining high standards of service and quality.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Manage staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintaining and extremely clean workplace.
- Inventory of food and supplies, place weekly food and supply orders
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
- Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and other administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure quality and consistency of food and beverages.
- Manage the restaurant's social media accounts and online presence.
- Work alongside the staff; this is not a sit-in-the-office type of job.
- Must be able to train all Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) positions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of restaurant management software and financial management.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed labor cost and COGs (Cost of Goods Sold) goals.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base: $75,000 with up to $45,000 in yearly bonuses based on clear and achievable goals
