Our company looking for a Licensed HVAC Technician to service our Atlanta Metro Market. Typical days are 8-5p, with Sat/Sun off each week. We are looking for a professional who is eager work and have the opportunity to earn more monthly, based on job completion. We are looking for a long term employee who wants stability in salary and schedule with an opportunity earn bonuses each month!
**Year one income Opportunity - $70k+ . Year two $75k-90k + without the headache of owning a business.**
Main Responsibilities of an HVAC Tech:
- You must be Honest, Ethical, and Accountable.
- You will be servicing residential homes for a wide range of HVAC projects from start to finish and ensure they are completed in a timely, efficient and quality manner. We pride ourselves in service (Over 2000 - 5 star Reviews)
- You must have all the tools needed to perform your role, like torches, gauges, a recovery tank, and a and a recovery machine.
- You must be well-versed in all HVAC methodologies and troubleshooting procedures. The ideal candidate will have an analytical mind and great organizational skills.
- Being able to lead and oversee installations or identify and repair small issues.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Being a NATE Certified is a PLUS!
- Five-plus years of experience in HVAC system installation and maintenance required
- Must hold GA driver’s license and maintain good driving record
- Love the idea of growth and making more
- Ambitious and don't mind hard work
- Experience with Customer service and building client relationships
- Ability to communicate effectively via phone with dispatch and Service Titan app
Compensation and Benefits:
- Starts with a $65K -75k+ in year one (which includes Bonus)

- 6 month review for pay increase based on performance
