The Project Manager is a crucial role in planning, directing, and coordinating activities of designated projects to ensure that goals and objectives are accomplished within a prescribed time frame and within funding parameters by performing the following duties personally or through peers/subordinate supervisors.
Location: Hybrid role within the greater Washington DC area
What you will do:
- Plans and analyzes assigned projects, establishes schedules and project parameters.
- Reviews project proposals or plans to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of project.
- Establishes work plan and staffing for each phase of project and arranges for recruitment or assignment of project personnel as required/necessary.
- Confers with project staff to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority.
- Coordinates project activities regarding government regulatory or other governmental agencies such as required project permitting.
- Reviews status reports prepared by project personnel and modify schedules or plans as required.
- Establishes a professional relationship with the customer and interfaces constantly to maintain accurate status reports and project reviews.
- Prepares project reports for management, client, or others.
- Responsible for timely completion of assigned projects and customer satisfaction, along with maintaining the accuracy of the forecasted cost at completion.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of Project Management experience
- Commercial HVAC industry experience, controls experience is a plus
- Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position
The typical annual base salary for this position ranges from $115,000 - $150,000 plus bonus in Maryland. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
