Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Associate to help drive product awareness and increase our customer base. This is a direct-to-consumer marketing role. The ideal candidate will be passionate about testing new marketing channels, developing engaging creatives, and optimizing campaigns through rigorous analytics and measurement. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and analytical skills.
Hours & Location: This is a full-time job 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, onsite in our Austin Office.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Channel Experimentation:
- Assist in identifying and testing new marketing channels (e.g., social media, influencers, offline/OOH, partnerships).
- Collaborate with the team to develop and execute channel-specific strategies.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of new channels, providing actionable insights.
2. Creative Development:
- Work closely with the design and content creators to create compelling marketing materials.
- Develop innovative and engaging content for various marketing campaigns.
- Continuously test and iterate on creative concepts or breifs to optimize performance.
3. Campaign Management:
- Support the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across multiple platforms and mediums
- Ensure campaigns are aligned with overall marketing goals and brand guidelines.
- Track and report on campaign performance, making recommendations for improvement.
4. Analytics and Measurement:
- Utilize data analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of marketing activities.
- Conduct A/B testing to evaluate the impact of different marketing strategies.
- Provide regular reports on key metrics, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
5. Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and customer service.
- Communicate campaign insights and performance to stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to inform marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a DTC or start-up environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Creative mindset with experience in developing marketing content and campaigns.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Compensation: This is a salaried position with a maximum annual salary of $70,000 (based on seniority & experience)
