Position Overview:
Are you a dedicated Senior HVAC Service and Installation Technician with a passion for going above and beyond to satisfy customers? Comfy HVAC is seeking an experienced professional to join our close knit team. As a Senior Technician, you will be empowered with your own van, tools, equipment, and branded apparel. Key Responsibilities:
- Repair and install residential HVAC systems and equipment, including conventional air conditioners, heat pumps, and mini-splits.
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems.
- Identify maintenance risks on equipment and recommend part replacements or new systems to homeowners.
- Conduct performance tests and adjust system settings as needed.
- Offer and promote the benefits of system maintenance contracts to homeowners.
- Maintain proper stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment in the company-provided van.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience performing maintenance and service on residential HVAC systems.
- EPA certification.
- HVAC low voltage/controls experience.
- Ability to lift 100 lbs.
- Proficiency with computers and smartphones.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to pass a drug test and background check.
- High school diploma or equivalent.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $55.00 per hour
