Comfort Control Systems is a Commercial and Industrial HVAC contractor for the greater Cleveland area. Our office is located in North Royalton, Ohio.
We are looking for an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician and Installer to join our team.
JOB DUTIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Responsible for various maintenance tasks that will include performing installation of parts and equipment, troubleshoot and startup on a variety of heating and cooling equipment
- Ability to keep an organized workspace on the job site, service equipment, locate and repair refrigerant leaks, determine the cause/repair of HVAC related equipment failure
- Knowledge of a variety of hand tools and power tools
- Understand wiring diagrams, piping schemes and engineering specifications to install complete operational systems
- Maintain tools and equipment by inspecting for signs of wear
- Determine parts to order for installation and service
- Fill out service tickets after each job, and be a problem solver
- Install high and low voltage wiring and be proficient in piping work, brazing and threading
- Exhibit good time management skills
- Must have a valid driver's license and pass a background check
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as a field technician / HVAC technician and/or installer
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to load and unload parts and HVAC equipment ie: tools, refrigerant, ladders and equipment to and from vehicle to jobsite
