Residential HVAC Service Technician

We are hiring an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician to provide repairs and maintenance on residential air conditioning systems and furnaces.
Responsibilities:
- Understand the sequence of operation for heating equipment and refrigeration cycle.
- Repair and maintain thermostats, air filters, blower fans, belts, and bearings.
- Troubleshoots, diagnose, and repair various makes and models of HVAC equipment air conditioning maintenance and furnace troubleshooting.
- Communicate well with all customers and provide recommendations.
- Maintain personal tools according to company guidelines.
- Have a commitment to high-level customer service.
- Perform daily work duties associated with the trade with little to no supervision in the field.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Residential HVAC Service.
- EPA Certificate.
- Applicants must have a current driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record, must be insurable to drive to and from assigned jobs.
- Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal.
- Must be able to lift or carry heavy objects up to 50 pounds.
- The physical ability to bend, squat, kneel, grasp, manipulate hand and power tools.
- Ability to complete a pre-employment background screen.
