We are seeking an experienced HVAC Selling Technician with a proven track record in sales and a passion for delivering outstanding service. The ideal candidate will excel in selling IAQ products and new HVAC systems, as well as performing routine maintenance and repairs on residential HVAC equipment. This role offers high earning potential, with top technicians earning $150,000 to well over $200,000 annually.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on residential HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct thorough system evaluations to identify opportunities for IAQ product sales and system replacements.
- Present and sell IAQ solutions and new HVAC systems to homeowners, demonstrating the benefits and value of our products and services.
- Build strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and fostering long-term loyalty.
- Maintain accurate records of all service calls, sales, and customer interactions.
- Stay updated on the latest HVAC technologies and industry trends to provide the best solutions to our customers.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HVAC Selling Technician with a solid track record of sales success.
- Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems, including maintenance, repair, and installation.
- Proven ability to sell IAQ products and new HVAC systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to achieve high earning potential.
- Valid HVAC technician certification and driver’s license.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
