HVAC Commercial Service Technician Duties and Responsibilities

Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and malfunctions
Replace worn or defective parts in HVAC systems
Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems
Test HVAC systems to ensure proper functionality and efficiency
Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
Properly complete paperwork

HVAC Commercial Service Technician Requirements and Qualifications

2 + years of service and maintenance experience
Ability to work heights and ladders
Able to lift 50+ pounds
Excellent written and verbal skills
Able to operate scissor/power lifts
Work independently as well as part of a team
Certification through the Environmental Protection Agency to handle refrigerants required
Proficient with manual and power tools
Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
Reliable and self-motivated
