Shift: Monday-Friday 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM plus overtime available

Job Summary:
The Residential HVAC Service Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems within residential settings. This role requires a high level of technical knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently or with a team.
Responsibilities:
- Service, Install, and repair HVAC systems in residential properties.
- Perform regular preventative maintenance and warranty services to ensure system efficiency.
- Diagnose and repair HVAC system issues.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of all service work performed.
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; trade school certification is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience as an HVAC technician in a residential setting required
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
- EPA certification for refrigerant handling required
- TDLR Technician Certification required
- Strong understanding of HVAC operations, including diagnostics and repair.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
