Position Overview:
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for various tasks, including installing and repairing wiring, commercial tenant finishes, build-outs, service calls and lighting jobs. Additionally, you'll play a vital role in supervising and training apprentices on the job.

Responsibilities:
- Run and manage commercial projects
- Install, maintain, modify and repair all electrical distribution systems and associated electrical equipment 480 volts and less
- Remain in compliance with current National Electric Code
- Wire, inspect and test components of electrical systems, including transformers, transfer switches and switch gears
- Office build-outs
- Office remodels
- New wiring
- Utilize blueprints, wiring diagrams and manufacturer’s installation manuals to complete assigned projects
- Survey electrical systems, circuits and plans
- Maintain accurate digital records /pictures of work performed and materials used
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times
- Supervise and share knowledge with apprentices
Requirements:
- High school diploma/GED required
- 4+ years experience in the commercial electrical trade
- Demonstrable knowledge and skills for electrical installation, maintenance and repair of electrical systems and equipment
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Ability to run conduit
- Low voltage wiring experience preferred but not required
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to establish and maintain professional, positive relationships with both customers and coworkers
- Must possess a valid driver's license and live in the Greater St. Louis area
