Aire Serv of Dallas, Rockwall and McKinney is a trusted name in the field of heating and air conditioning. We are looking to add HVAC Service Technicians to our ever-growing team.

As an Aire Serv Technician you will be a key member of our team. Our Technicians are representatives of Aire Serv therefore the ideal candidate will have a professional appearance, excellent verbal & written communication skills, self-motivated, thrives in fast moving environments and able to manage time effectively.

Candidates should also have knowledge of the field's commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures which will enable you to diagnose and repair heating and cooling systems for residential and light commercial HVAC units. You may be required to use this knowledge to collect and provide prompt accurate data used to measure and monitor the quality of work performed in the field.

Customer Service is key in the our industry so being able to present findings, and options to customers clearly and concise to ensure the satisfaction of each and every customer you work with is a must.

Qualified applicants must pass a background check, drug screen, and have a clean driving record!

Specific Responsibilities:

Educating customers on In Home Aire Quality and it's importance to a healthy home.
Installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems
Insure the efficient use of materials and maintain adequate stock of necessary equipment
Collect payment and/or payment information from customers for work performed
Keep company vehicle and equipment properly serviced, clean, and in good working order and condition
Complete invoices, daily route sheets, and weekly reports as required
Aid in marketing efforts to grow the business.
Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions

Job Requirements:

Ability to EDUCATE homeowners about in home Air Quality.
Experienced Residential HVAC knowledge
TDLR Certification & EPA Card
Valid State Driver's License & clean driving record
Able to lift up to 60 lbs.
Excellent communication skills
Professional appearance and personality

Compensation: $50,000+
