We are looking for a lead and apprentice insulation installer.
We are looking for a person to do the actual hands-on work of improving people's homes and lives by making their homes healthier, more comfortable and energy efficient. Construction experience might be helpful, but not necessary. Right attitude, basic people skills and technical aptitude is what we are looking for. We are a home performance company with who does whole home assessments, insulation and air sealing work, and HVAC installations. There is room to grow and we offer education resources to support you on your journey.
What to expect:
-Spending hours in physically and thermally uncomfortable spaces like attics and crawl spaces.
- This position is probably the best entry into the world of Home Performance - a subset of construction industry where we look at houses as a system, solving problems without creating new ones.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
