Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you’ll provide essential services to our customers, ensuring their heating and cooling systems are functioning optimally. You’ll diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems with an emphasis on quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance, service, and repairs on a variety of HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ventilation systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues, recommending solutions and repairs
- Install new HVAC systems, components, and equipment as needed
- Maintain accurate records of services provided, parts used, and customer communications
- Educate and assist customers on system maintenance and energy efficiency practices
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations on all job sites
- Participate in ongoing training to stay current with the latest industry practices and technology
- Provide exceptional customer service, representing Vector with professionalism and integrity
Qualifications:
- HVAC certification or relevant licensing (EPA Certification preferred)
- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, tools, and equipment
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers
- Physical ability to lift and carry equipment and work in confined spaces or heights as necessary
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
