Responsibilities:
- $3,000 sign on bonus
- Conduct thorough assessments of customers' HVAC systems to identify issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Provide detailed and accurate estimates for HVAC system repairs and upgrades
- Collaborate with customers to explain proposed solutions, answer questions, and address concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Generate and follow up on leads to secure new business opportunities.
- Stay informed about industry trends, product developments, and competitor offerings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Work closely with the installation and service teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction

Pay: $75,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
