As a Lead Installer, you will be responsible for the following:
- Installing, setting up, and maintaining residential HVAC systems
- Providing excellent customer service
- Working with a team of experienced technicians
- Growing your skills and knowledge in the HVAC industry

Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in HVAC installation - we value your expertise!

Physical Demands:
- Must be physically able to be on feet 8 hours a day
- Must be physically able to perform strenuous labor, including lifting heavy objects, up to 70 lbs.

- Must be able to climb up and down a ladder multiple times a day - we rise to the occasion!
