We’re looking for a Journeyman Technician to perform regular maintenance, trouble shooting, diagnostics and repair on commercial package gas and electric, heat pumps, air conditioners, hydronic systems, VRF systems, and controls. We need someone who can step up to the plate and lead the team.

You as a Technician should provide:
· A strong record of delivering, quality service in the commercial HVAC industry.
· A valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and all applicable licenses of the trade are required.
· The availability to be on call. We rotate on call for our techs and any perspective candidate has to be willing to integrate into that roll.
· Be willing to learn new things. We have amazing lead techs that are always willing to lend a hand, but you must be willing to ask question if/when needed. We believe that empowering our techs is always better than belittling them.
· Work in a time effective manner. We pride ourselves on giving the best service to our customers at affordable prices. We also pride ourselves on doing the job right the first time.
· Having fun in an environment high on transparency, open to innovative new approaches with a supportive family environment.
· Carry a electrical license for Oregon/Washington preferred
· A class 3-5 boiler license, controls background and chiller basics are preferred but not required.

Pay: $29.00 - $45.00 per hour
