Key Responsibilities for our AT&T Customer Service and Sales Representative:
- Engage with customers and assist them with services provided by our clients
- Process customer’s orders accordingly and then continue the process by tracking and managing the account, allowing for pure precision
- Work within a team environment and collaborate with departments on ways to enhance the customer experience
- Provide professional customer in a curious and empathetic manner
- Track customer activities between the sales and customer service team to continue improving the overall production to ensure the company is profiting
- Participate in daily team training meetings to keep expanding skill sets and industry knowledge
Essential Knowledge and Skills:
- 1+ years of experience in customer service, sales, customer support, or a similar position
- Proven ability to work within a diverse team environment
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to problem solve and be adaptable in any situation
- Eager to learn and develop new skills
- Reliability and patience
