HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN TYPICAL DUTIES (ILLUSTRATIVE, NOT INCLUSIVE):
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair heating and cooling systems for homeowners in the Twin Cities area
- Present each homeowner with a menu of custom options to provide exceptional, total home comfort
- Perform work with a strong focus on safety
- Maintain a professional image
- Stock, clean, and maintain company issued vehicle
- Perform quality walks to ensure customer satisfaction
- Miscellaneous duties as assigned
THE IDEAL HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN:
- Previous HVAC service experience in residential homes is preferred
- 1+ years experience as an HVAC Technician
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- Positive, “can-do” attitude
- Ability to work in an ever-changing and evolving environment
- Willingness, and ability, to learn
- Keen ability to communicate
