Compensation:
$22 - $40 DOE
Responsibilities:
- Work together with customers to identify their HVAC system requirements and recommend effective solutions
- Maintain inventory to ensure a sufficient supply of tools and parts for efficient operations
- Lead a team of HVAC technicians to ensure efficient and timely completion of installations, maintenance, and repairs
- Follow local, state, and federal HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair regulations
- Perform regular inspections to assess the performance and safety of HVAC systems, recommending repairs or upgrades as necessary
Qualifications:
- A valid driver’s license and clean driving record is required
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in the HVAC industry, preferably with management experience
- Proven customer service experience as a manager; strong customer-focused mentality
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required; a high school diploma or GED equivalent needed
- Must have superb communication skills, organizational skills, and problem-solving skills
