Job Duties:
- Commissioning of new ventilation and HVAC equipment
- Repair, replace and trouble-shoot existing HVAC equipment
- Measure air flow and adjust to design specifications
- Prepare and submit job reports and invoices daily
Job Requirements:
- Class A HVAC Contractor's License required
- 2-5 years of commercial HVAC experience
- HVAC, HVAC/R skill set desired
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems
- Ability to read commercial wiring schematics
- Ability to lift 50 pounds independently and use power and hand tools
- Work in outside conditions and in tight spaces (inside RTU)
- Use of ladders for roof access

Salary: $65k-90k based on experience and licenses, plus monthly bonus based upon productivity and profits.
