We are looking for an energetic, dynamic service technician or salesperson who is skilled at in-home or retail presentations. In-home sales experience and HVAC industry experience is required. TCC will be putting you through product training to learn about our equipment and sales process. A highly confident and experienced HVAC technician, who wants to move into sales, will succeed. Residential HVAC Outside Sales Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-home consultations with leads generated for you from our corporate marketing team.
- Present air conditioning, gas furnace, heat pump, mini split, and other HVAC products options with home owners.
- Maintain lead pipeline through continued customer outreach and prospecting.

Qualifications:
- Valid Drivers’ License
- Residential service experience is preferred
- 3+ years with excellent customer service skills and Sales experience
Sales opportunities come to us through a generous advertising budget, repeat customers, and your own prospecting efforts. Your job is to meet the customer in their home to review air conditioning, gas furnace, heat pump, mini splits, and other HVAC products, and close the sale.
