Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 years of previous experience as an HVAC service technician
- EPA universal HVAC certification
- A valid driver's license
- Willing to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
- The ability to travel between 3 locations in Vienna, VA, Washington, DC, and Columbia, MD (company vehicle provided)
The main role of this HVAC Technician is to install, repair, and perform maintenance duties on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems of commercial properties.
Day-to-Day Tasks
- Inspect existing HVAC systems.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair malfunctions.
- Replace components that are faulty or outdated.
- Perform testing to ensure the proper function of the system.
- Respond to emergency service calls.
- Accurately document all work performed.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Perform tasks independently while being flexible with other team members.
Schedule | 1st shift (Monday - Friday | 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM)
Pay | $35 - $37 per hour (depending on experience)
