Duties

Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services.
Negotiate contracts and close deals while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay informed about market dynamics.
Participate in networking events and trade shows to promote our brand and expand your professional network.

Skills

Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
Ability to analyze data effectively to make informed decisions regarding territory management and business development.
Experience in outside sales is a must.
Proven track record of successful upselling techniques and negotiation skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
