Large-scale 55 and over active adult condominium association located in southeast Denver is in search of a full-time plumber. This position is part of a facilities department that is responsible for 72 buildings, plus all on-site activity and office buildings.

We are currently in search of a plumber with three years of full time journeyman-level plumbing experience who can maintain boilers, help with re-piping heating pipes, troubleshoot, repair and service other plumbing components. Position is full time with paid medical and dental benefits for employee after 90 days.

Job Requirements and Responsibilities include:

- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential settings
- Assemble and install pipes and fittings according to specifications
- Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to determine the layout of plumbing systems
- Collaborate with other tradespeople, such as carpenters and electricians, to complete projects
- Perform general maintenance person tasks related to plumbing, such as fixing leaks and unclogging drains
- Conduct inspections to identify plumbing issues and provide appropriate solutions
- Use pipe threading equipment to cut, thread, and bend pipes as needed
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve plumbing problems
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment

Experience:

- Proven experience as a plumber in both commercial and residential settings
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, including pipe materials, fittings, and fixtures
- Proficient in reading and interpreting schematics and blueprints
- Familiarity with carpentry skills for tasks such as framing walls or installing fixtures
- Ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary - May Instruct, lead and direct work of apprentice-level plumbers

-Must be physically fit to perform job responsibilities which include: lifting, navigating stairs while carrying materials, bending, working on knees, pulling, pushing, walking, fine motor skills, etc.

-Must be able to pass criminal background check, have a good driver’s record, be authorized to work in the USA, and pass a drug test.
