Lead the Charge: Inside Sales Director for Texas Lawyers' Insurance Exchange

We're searching for a passionate Sales Director to spearhead our inside sales team, dedicated to selling the most recognized Texas-based legal professional liability insurance directly to law firms.

In this leadership role, you'll:

Craft and implement winning sales strategies, ensuring efficient processes for our inside sales force.

Train and mentor your team, leading by example to consistently exceed sales goals.

Develop strong relationships with customers and collaborate with our underwriting team.

Leverage your expertise to cross-sell additional insurance products, maximizing revenue opportunities.

Work closely with all departments in our dynamic, growing company.

To be successful, you'll possess:

An active Texas P&C insurance agent license (a must).

5+ years of experience leading P&C insurance sales, preferably in professional lines.

A bachelor's degree (preferred) and a proven track record of success in sales, negotiation, and marketing.

A passion for building long-term client relationships and a meticulous eye for detail.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.
