Synergy Contracting Solutions is hiring for an HVAC Lead installer with at least 2 years experience who wants a long-term career with security and a strong work ethic.

You will have your own van and work with an assistant.

Our techs are hired to do what they are good at and are NOT required to be salesmen, aren't burdened by add-on metrics, and are welcome to supplement their income with plenty overtime hours.
