**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installer Helper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial properties.

**Duties:**

- Install HVAC systems following manufacturer's specifications

- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems

- Repair or replace defective equipment, components, or wiring

- Test electrical circuits and components using testing devices

- Inspect and test systems to ensure proper functioning

- Comply with all safety standards and regulations

**Skills:**

- Proficiency in property maintenance

- Ability to read and interpret schematics

- Experience with air conditioning systems

- Knowledge of plumbing and building systems

- Valid driver's license for operating company vans

- Familiarity with boilers and refrigeration systems including ammonia refrigeration

- Welding skills for fabrication tasks

- Ability to use an ohmmeter for electrical testing

Pay: $23.43 - $25.33 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
