Qualifications and Job Requirements:

No experience in radio or media are necessary; training provided.

College degree OR equivalent job experience required
Outside Sales experience preferred but not required
Assertive communicator who puts integrity top of mind in all decisions, even if we fail to earn business
Demonstrated time management skills.
Moderate computer skills in Word-Power Point-Excel-Canva etc.
Must be self-motivated, goal focused, and driven to succeed financially

Responsibilities:

Responsible for soliciting and selling advertising on all affiliate media properties (including digital advertising assets)
Responsible for exceeding goals and effectively managing a book of business
Responsible for planning comprehensive campaigns for advertising partners
Responsible for all aspects and tasks required of the position including the creation of proposals, order entry, writing commercials, collections, and billing.
Responsible for creating strong long-term working relationships with clients based on good follow-through and outstanding service

Compensation: Salary plus commission and bonuses based on experience
